| Category | What goes here | Enter |
|---|---|---|
| Flower (dried) | Loose bud, shake, ground flower (no oil added) | grams |
| Concentrate | Wax, shatter, rosin, badder, RSO, and vape carts / disposables | grams |
| Infused preroll / flower | A joint or flower with kief or oil added. Counts as concentrate on the total weight (flower + oil), not just the oil. | grams (total) |
| Edible / infused | Gummies, chocolates, drinks, tinctures, capsules | total mg THC |
Conversions: 3.5 g flower = 1 g concentrate = 100 mg THC edible = 1 MME. Standard limit is 32 MMEs (4 oz) per rolling 30 days.
Per Missouri DHSS Division of Cannabis Regulation guidance (March 2, 2026), infused prerolls/flower have no separate MME category and are grouped with concentrate by total product weight — the most common source of oversells. METRC is the system of record for the rolling 30-day limit; this tool helps total a cart before ringing it.
Rules current as of July 2026 (reflects DHSS infused-preroll guidance dated March 2, 2026).
